Properties& Applications:

The pure one is the colorless and transparent crystal; the solid caustic soda owns strong moisture absorption, it is easily soluble in the water, and it will dissolve in ethanol and glycerin, while not in acetone and ether; As the primary chemical industrial raw material, it is widely used for chemical industry, metallurgy, paper making, petroleum, textile industry, commodity chemical industry, and other sectors as well.

 

Packing&Storage:

The solid caustic soda for industry should be packed in iron barrel or other sealed container which the thickness is above 0.5mm and can be afford the pressure above 0.5Pa. Each barrel is 200kg while pp bag is 25kg. The packages should be with obvious sign of “corrosive items”.
